Refund and Returns Policy

At Nimbus Sleep, we want you to love your sleep experience. We stand behind our products with a 100-Night Risk-Free Trial.

Trial Period & Eligibility:

  • You have 100 nights from the delivery date to try your Nimbus Sleep mattress or topper and initiate a return for a full refund.

  • The product must be used for a minimum break-in period of 30 nights for your body to adjust.

  • To be eligible, the product must be in good condition, free from stains, damage, or alterations.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sleep Accessories: Pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors (unless defective) are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers.

  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at service@nimbussleep.sbs with your order number within the 100-night window.

  2. Arrange Pickup: We will email you instructions and arrange for a free, convenient pickup of your mattress or topper directly from your home.

  3. Donation & Refund: Once the product is picked up, it will be donated to a local charity. Upon confirmation of pickup, your refund will be processed.

Refunds:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we confirm the pickup.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange for a different firmness level, please contact us at service@nimbussleep.sbs to discuss options.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at service@nimbussleep.sbs. We will resolve the issue promptly, often by shipping a replacement at no cost to you.
