Trial Period & Eligibility:

You have 100 nights from the delivery date to try your Nimbus Sleep mattress or topper and initiate a return for a full refund.

The product must be used for a minimum break-in period of 30 nights for your body to adjust.

To be eligible, the product must be in good condition, free from stains, damage, or alterations.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Sleep Accessories: Pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors (unless defective) are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

Products purchased through third-party retailers.

Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email us at service@nimbussleep.sbs with your order number within the 100-night window.

Arrange Pickup: We will email you instructions and arrange for a free, convenient pickup of your mattress or topper directly from your home.

Donation & Refund: Once the product is picked up, it will be donated to a local charity. Upon confirmation of pickup, your refund will be processed.
Refunds:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we confirm the pickup.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges:

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at service@nimbussleep.sbs. We will resolve the issue promptly, often by shipping a replacement at no cost to you.
